In my case I only have some strands to be colored, but to the entire head in a pot would suffice, maybe not. I tip well, of course, discolour the bits (or the entire hair), almost to the white, for two reasons. The first to come close to the more of the royal blue colour, and the second because the blue fades only slightly over washes like any staining. I am brown, dark hair bleached until blond, the blue becomes green after the wash, and now I have locks of hair ranging from dark blonde (no blue at all) until the blue king (wicks totally white), passing through the green water and turquoise. The indications on the use of the product is poor, but sufficient. The product bleaching agent is not provided with the color. I doubt I would buy again because the product gave me headaches and nausea.. The product is very pretty but the ball is not intended for my part!
